As a baby shower gift, I wanted to get my friends’ player piano tuned up as it’s sounded like garbage for as long as I’ve known them (roughly 10 years.) I kept thinking, if their newborn is gonna slam on their piano keys, they might as well slam it in tune. I reached out to Michael the piano tech on Sunday night and he immediately responded with a myriad of potential dates and times he could head to their place to tune the piano. We quickly decided on the following day and Michael came through, showing up right on time (even though I had initially sent him to the wrong address like the idiot I am, but he was very gracious about it which I was extremely thankful for.) While he wasn’t able to fix one of the broken hammers due to the player wheel and mechanics being in the way, he was still able to tune it up to perfection. My friends were pleased by his speed and professionalism, as was I. He sent me a very nice message after all was said and done and his price was EXTREMELY fair. I would recommend him to anyone that wants their pianos tuned up by a nice person. 5 stars all the way through.
